1. Banh mi Trâm

Located at the corner of Dinh Ngang and Cua Nam streets, Banh Mi Tram has existed for more than 20 years.

Its specialty is Bread mixed with a plate of assorted ingredients: a slice of pate, an omelet, Vietnamese ham and pork skin sausage, cucumber, all dipped with the shop’s signature sauce.

Having all components deconstruct is not the traditional way to serve bread and that’s why Banh Mi Tram is unique in its own right.

In addition to Mixed Bread, you can also try Bread Yellow Sauce is the Vietnamese version of beef bourguignon — a French beef stew made with onions, mushrooms, and other vegetables — served with bread.

2. Banh mi Bảo Quyên

This shop used to be located on Lan Ong Street. It became synonymous with that location and many people still call it “Banh Mi Lãn Ông”, even though it is now located on Cha Ca Street.

Banh mi Bao Quyen famous for the pate that used to be the main ingredient. Currently, one serving of bread It’s fuller here than before, with extra ham, and roast pork, along with cucumbers and coriander.

3. Banh mi Pho Co

Another store that serves traditional bread with pate, Banh mi Pho Co conveniently located on Dinh Liet street, near Hoan Kiem Lake.

Here you can choose from a variety of ingredients to add to your dishes. bread including grilled pork, pork skin sausage, Chinese sausage and Vietnamese ham.

The store also has Banh Mi Steakor bread served with eggs, french fries, pate and steak on the pan — because steak is the Vietnamese pronunciation of beef steak.

4. Banh mi Bà Dần

Established in 1979, Banh Mi Ba Dan is one of the oldest breads tores in Hanoi. Ms. Dan’s son is now the owner of the shop and he has managed to maintain his reputation among locals and tourists alike.

What’s unique about Banh Mi Bà Dần is the freshness of baguettes. Every three hours, new baguettes are delivered from the bakery and this means that the baguettes at the store are always crispy.

The ingredients are nothing but traditional, including pork liver pate, Vietnamese ham and pork skin sausage.
